Residential Property Management Service Fees: A flat monthly fee is based on a percentage of the monthly rental income of 7% The minimum monthly fee is $200 per mo. per unit (Includes up to 5 hours of management time per mo.) One-Time Setup fee – $250 Additional Property Management services above 5 hours per month are $60 per hour. Construction/renovation fee for overseeing and managing major construction or renovation. Projects are separate and have additional fees.
