What are our Property Management Service Fees?
- A flat monthly fee of 7% of the monthly rental income
- Minimum monthly fee: $200 per unit (includes up to 5 hours of management time per month)
- One-time setup fee: $250
- Additional property management services beyond 5 hours per month: $60 per hour
- Construction/renovation fee for overseeing and managing major projects (separate and additional fees apply)
 
Note: Leasing services are charged separately from property management fees.
